After studying your brand, we’ve chosen the Soft Glow Interiors template as the foundation for your new site. Its clean layout, elegant typography, and straightforward structure reflect the exact tone you’re aiming for—professional, polished, and quietly confident.

This template also does a beautiful job of spotlighting client testimonials, which is ideal for a brand like yours that thrives on word-of-mouth and industry trust. It helps reinforce authority without saying too much. We will customize 3 pages for your website: Homepage, Services Page, and Contact Page.

HOMEPAGE: Your homepage will make a strong first impression with a clear headline, a quick overview of your services, and testimonials to build trust. A simple call-to-action will guide serious clients to inquire.

SERVICES PAGE: We will clearly outline your main offerings—Interior Design, High-End Staging, and Builder Partnerships. Each will be described in a way that feels polished and helps pre-filter the right clients.

CONTACT PAGE: Your contact page will guide your leads towards the next step. It will feel warm and professional, with a short intro, a form that encourages aligned inquiries, and a thorough FAQ section to helps answer common questions upfront—saving time and setting clear expectations from the start.

Process Overview

Every great website starts with a clear, thoughtful process. This 10-day journey is designed to stay focused, organized, and easy to follow.

Week 1: WORDS (days 1-5)
We’ll welcome you into your client portal and begin crafting strategic, on-brand copy through guided questionnaires and feedback.

Week 2: WEBSITE (days 6-10)
With copy approved, we’ll customize the Soft Glow Interiors template to reflect your brand, then handle final edits, tech setup, and launch.

Your 2-week client calendar is designed to guide you through each day, helping you stay on track and giving you insight into what’s happening at every stage of your project.

Today’s all about setting things in motion. You’ll review and sign your service agreement, create your Showit account, and complete the onboarding form. These steps officially kick off our project and ensure everything’s in place for a smooth, successful process ahead.

If you have a bit of extra time today, feel free to preview the Website Strategy Form. You can start filling it out now or wait until tomorrow—just keep in mind it’s due by the end of Day 2.

TUESDAY: Market Deep-Dive (Day 2)

WEEK 2: website

Now that your copy is finalized, we’ll bring it to life through design. Using the Soft Glow Interiors template, I’ll customize your site to reflect your brand—clean, elegant, and easy to navigate. From layout to visuals, everything will be designed to connect with your ideal clients and showcase your work with clarity and confidence.

Most of the heavy lifting is on my end this week, but you’ll be able to view the progress in real time and offer feedback when needed. By the end of the week, your site will be fully prepped, polished, and ready for launch.
